Job Brief

We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team with previous experience of managing medium to large clients across a few different verticals. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their online and offline presence.
As an performance manager, you would be responsible for campaign management across paid search and paid social with strong analytical ability to come up with strategies to improve the client business results. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships for the agency.

SellThru, founded in 2021 is regions first client-side agency. The agency is structured like a client and has more than 50% of the team from client-side backgrounds. At SellThru, we work with our clients as partners by providing 360 consultations across all marketing channels. Our core area of expertise lies in marketing automation, performance marketing, marketing automation, SEO, data & development. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the strategy, campaign management and reporting across your client portfolio ensuring the client KPI’s are achieved
  • Building your own team of execs to build operation efficiency while you drive the strategy and relationship on your account
  • Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving and solution leading approach
  • Media forecasting, media planning, effective budget allocation and ensuring KPIs are delivered as per the agreed media plans with the clients.
  • Developing client and product knowledge by proactively contributing to digital marketing strategies and delivering insights in terms of competitor
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships by always over aspiring to work as a client partner.
  • To have an analytical mindset to ensure the reporting and the analysis shared with the clients are always data-driven.
  • You need to be a self-started with a positive attitude who is always pushing the team to do their best
